Kindershield sharing- Seminar EQ-SEL (Emotional Quotient & Social Emotional Learning) 2025
On 24 August 2025 (Sunday), Kindershield had the opportunity to participate as an exhibitor in the Seminar EQ-SEL (Emotional Quotient & Social Emotional Learning) organized by the Persatuan Guru Tadika Malaysia, held at Arena Hotel, Seremban.

The seminar highlighted the importance of Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) in early childhood development, especially for teachers and childcare operators. One of the key takeaways emphasized was that a kindergarten teacher with strong EQ can effectively guide children’s SEL—shaping not only their academic learning but also nurturing them into caring, resilient, and confident individuals. This powerful message reinforced the need for SEL practices in every early childhood setting. The event attracted many kindergarten, nursery, and childcare operators who were eager to enhance the quality of early childhood education. Professional speakers delivered valuable insights on emotional awareness, managing feelings, and building healthy social interactions.
As an exhibitor, Kindershield was honored to introduce our three flagship products to the attendees:
- Kindershield PA – personal accident protection for students and teachers.
- Kindershield Biz – business protection including HFMD & Influenza compensation.
- Kindershield PGTO – legal liability protection for operators.
Throughout the event, many school owners and operators expressed great interest in the comprehensive protection provided by Kindershield. They were excited to learn how our solutions not only safeguard students and teachers but also ensure the continuity and stability of childcare and kindergarten operations.
✔️ Safeguarding students and teachers against accidents and medical emergencies.
✔️ Protecting school businesses from disruptions caused by infectious diseases.
✔️ Defending operators against unexpected legal liabilities.
For Kindershield, this event was not just about product promotion, but also about building trust and long-term partnerships with the early childhood education community. We believe that when schools are well-protected, teachers can focus on nurturing children’s growth, and parents can feel confident knowing their children are in safe hands.
